Since our foundation in 2004, we have grown through successive significant acquisitions of facilities from pharmaceutical majors, responding to the trend towards outsourcing of manufacturing across the industry. This has driven our growth and, backed by our reputation for exceptional service, has allowed us to create a well-balanced business model with strong revenue streams from API sales and formulated products a great potential for expanding our custom synthesis business through co-development projects and risk sharing with our clients.
