Nick Jones – Chief Financial Officer

Professional:

Following his qualification as a chartered accountant Nick worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where he was a Director in their Mergers and Acquisitions advisory business in Manchester.

Nick joined Aesica in 2009 and has a wide range of experience in general finance, investor relations, banking and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • A qualified chartered accountant who trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
  • A BSc in Maths from Nottingham University.

At Aesica:

  • Nick is Chief Financial Officer of Aesica and as such is responsible for all areas of Finance and Purchasing as well as funding and strategy across the Company.
  • As CFO Nick is also responsible for Aesica’s acquisitions and expansion plans, in order for the Company to achieve its target of growing sales to £300m.
